I hope everyone is off to a wonderful start to the new year! My name is Dr. Jenn Dixon, and I have some exciting news to share.
Family Dental Center of Macon has recently relocated to our beautiful new home in downtown Macon at 155 College Street! We are thrilled about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to serve the dental needs of Macon and the surrounding communities in our new location for many years to come.
Our commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate dental care remains the same, and we are excited to welcome both our longtime patients and new patients to our downtown office. We are grateful for your continued trust and support and look forward to seeing your smiling faces soon!

Dr. Jennifer “Jenn” Dixon has proudly served the Macon community for more than 25 years, providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care and building lasting relationships with generations of families. Known for her caring nature and gentle approach, Dr. Jenn takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans that help them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Dr. Jenn earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree from the University of Georgia in 1996 before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2000. Shortly after graduation, she made Macon her home and has been serving the community ever since.
Dr. Jenn owned and operated Ingleside Dental Associates for 15 years before continuing her career at Dental Care Center and Ambrose Pediatric Dentistry. In 2020, she became the proud owner of Family Dental Center, where she has continued her mission of providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment. In 2023, she relocated the practice to its beautiful downtown location on College Street.
Committed to excellence, Dr. Jenn continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry. Her passion for helping others, combined with her dedication to patient comfort and quality care, has earned the trust of patients throughout Middle Georgia.
Outside the office, Dr. Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their sons, Barrett and Mason. She also lovingly honors the memory of her son, Ethan, who passed away in 2024 and remains forever in her heart. Family is at the center of everything she does, and the love she has for her children is reflected in the compassion she shows her patients each day.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Jenn stays busy caring for her own lively crew at home. Along with several chickens, she has three dogs— Chank, Lexie, and Kiki—and four cats, making her home feel a little like a zoo! She wouldn’t have it any other way. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, fishing, relaxing with family and friends, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and watching her beloved Atlanta Braves.
Dr. Jenn is honored to serve the Macon community and looks forward to continuing to provide exceptional dental care while helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, beautiful smiles for years to come.

Lisa Harris, R.D.H.
Lisa Harris is a true MVP at Family Dental Center! For more than 43 years, Lisa has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental hygiene care, building lasting relationships with generations of patients who have become like family to her. Her loyalty, compassion, and commitment to excellence have made her a beloved member of both our team and the community.
A graduate of Macon Junior College, Lisa earned her Dental Hygiene degree in 1983 and was recognized for Outstanding Academic Achievement while in hygiene school. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about patient education and helping others achieve healthier smiles. One of her favorite ways to motivate patients is by sharing before-and-after photos that demonstrate the incredible results that can be achieved through consistent dental hygiene care and a strong homecare routine.
Lisa is excited to continue learning new techniques and growing alongside the talented team at Family Dental Center while providing the outstanding care her patients have come to know and trust.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Eddie, their son Blake, daughter-in-love Kelly, and their two precious grandchildren, Reese and Halle. She also loves baking, working in her flower gardens, and gathering with her two sisters and their families. When they all get together, there is always plenty of laughter, great food, and cherished memories.
Lisa looks forward to continuing to serve her loyal patients and helping them maintain healthy, beautiful smiles for many years to come.
Lori Harwell, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist
Family Dental Center is proud to welcome Lori Harwell to our dental family! With more than 24 years of experience in dental hygiene, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to every patient she serves. She graduated from Macon State College in 2002 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and has spent her career helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Lori is known for her gentle touch, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients. She believes that patient comfort is just as important as excellent clinical care and strives to make every visit as relaxing, educational, and positive as possible. Her warm personality and dedication to patient-centered care help put even the most anxious patients at ease.
At Family Dental Center, Lori is excited to build lasting relationships with patients while continuing her passion for promoting lifelong oral health. She takes pride in helping patients understand the connection between their oral health and overall well-being and enjoys partnering with them to achieve their dental goals.
Outside the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, Chet, their children, Christopher and Stevie, and their six beloved pets—four spoiled Persian cats, an Akita, and a lively French Bulldog. In her free time, she loves reading, playing the piano, cooking for family and friends, and making memories with her parents, brother, and extended family.

Emily Feltman
Insurance Coordinator
Emily is an important part of the Family Dental Center team, serving as our Insurance Coordinator. She is here to help answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements. Emily’s genuine compassion and empathy motivate her to provide exceptional service and support to our patients.
Emily is a proud mother of three children, Bryson, Mason, and Ellie. She attended Gordon College in Barnesville and currently resides in Forsyth. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching football, and kayaking.
Emily looks forward to helping you navigate your insurance benefits and coordinate your dental care needs with confidence and ease!
Sharon Burgess
Front Desk Coordinator
Sharon is one of the friendly faces who will greet you at Family Dental Center. As our Front Desk Coordinator, she is here to assist with scheduling appointments, answering questions, processing payments, and helping ensure your visit goes smoothly from start to finish.
Originally from upstate New York, Sharon has called Georgia home for the past few years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal and Social Justice and is the proud mother of her son, Riley, who recently graduated from high school.
When she’s not at work, Sharon enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, visiting Disney, and celebrating all things Christmas.

Zatoria (Tori) Pryor
We would like to take a moment to introduce Tori, one of our wonderful dental assistants here at Family Dental Center!
Tori was born and raised right here in Macon, Georgia. She graduated from Central Georgia Technical College and earned her Dental Assisting Diploma in 2017.
Tori is dedicated to making sure her patients feel comfortable and cared for during their dental visits. She takes pride in helping patients through their treatment and creating a positive experience in the dental chair.
When she’s not in the office, Tori stays busy with her beautiful daughter, Zurei, and her one very spoiled fur-baby. She enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with family and friends, and is always up for new adventures and fun activities.
We are grateful to have Tori as part of the Family Dental Center team, and she looks forward to seeing you at your next dental appointment!
Viviana Jiménez
Viviana is one of the friendly faces you’ll see assisting Dr. Jenn at Family Dental Center. She received her certification from the Atlanta Dental Assistant School in 2020, and we are so excited to have her as part of the FDC team!
Viviana brings experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics. As an added bonus, she is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, allowing her to help even more of our patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.
Since joining our team, Viviana has also welcomed a beautiful new addition to her family—a baby girl named Milani! She and her son, Nathan, keep her busy and smiling outside of work.
In her free time, Viviana enjoys baking cakes, playing sports, and spending time with her family on beach trips.
